Join CFSA
CFSA maintains a highly visible national presence, through extensive legislative and public affairs efforts. The organization actively works to educate policymakers at the state and national levels, and to dispel myths about the payday advance industry. Our high ethical standards are exemplified by our rapidly expanding membership.
Several membership categories are available for payday advance companies and affiliated businesses. Membership criteria are stipulated in our bylaws. All members must agree to abide by CFSA Industry Best Practices and Military Best Practices and renew that pledge annually.
Upon receipt of a completed membership application, business practices form, and best practices pledge, CFSA’s Board of Directors reviews and acts upon applications at its next regularly scheduled meeting. Once approved, your membership will be effective upon receipt of your pro-rated dues.
